Shipping policy

Shipments for all orders will be sent out on the following business day of receiving your confirmation email. The shipping time will be based on the method selected in your checkout. 

Express Shipping should be expected to take up to 5 business days to arrive within Canada.

Standard Shipping should be expected to take up to 10 business days to arrive within Canada.

Expedited Accessories Shipping should be expected to take up to 7 business days to arrive within Canada.

International Shipping should be expected to take up to 14 business days to arrive within Canada.

Any shipments that are returned to our facility and require to be shipped again will be at the expense of the customer. This includes shipments where the customer has provided incorrect shipping information, or if have failed to pickup or receive their package from the provided courier. 

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon placing their order. A secondary email will be sent once the shipment has been sent. This email will provide the tracking information for your order. You can refer to this tracking information to check on the status of your order.
